Delete your account
Inside JournalOne
Open More → Security and choose Delete account. Confirm your password and follow the confirmation steps.
What is removed
This removes your account, active cloud journal, in-app cloud backups, and private screenshot files. Exported files, copies on other devices, and provider operational backups are not erased by the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your JournalOne account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@journalone.app from your account email address to request help. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password, brokerage credentials, or full trade history.
