Our approach

JournalOne is designed as a private trading journal and educational performance tool. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the app.

Information you provide

This may include account information, journal entries, trade records, notes, screenshots, preferences, support messages, and subscription status. Financial account credentials are not requested by JournalOne.

Device and service information

Limited technical information may be processed to deliver the app, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, restore purchases, and understand reliability. Apple and our subscription service may process purchase information under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested functionality, maintain security, respond to support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. JournalOne does not sell personal information or use journal content to serve advertising.

Storage, synchronization, and retention

Core journal data is designed around device storage. When an optional synchronization or backup feature is enabled, the information necessary to provide it may be transmitted and stored securely. You can remove records through the app and request account-related assistance through support.

Your choices

You may manage app permissions in device settings, export supported records, delete content, cancel subscriptions through Apple, and contact us about privacy questions or account deletion.

Children

JournalOne is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
