Acceptance

By downloading or using JournalOne, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable platform terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational purpose only

JournalOne provides journaling, analytics, training, and educational tools. It is not a broker, investment adviser, signal provider, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in the app is personalized financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

Trading risk

Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Historical results, simulated exercises, scores, and journal insights do not guarantee future performance. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected portions, or use it to violate law or the rights of others.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages billing, refunds, and cancellation.

Your content

You retain ownership of the journal content you create. You grant JournalOne only the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide features you request.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep JournalOne reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JournalOne and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made using the app.
