Use of JournalOne
JournalOne provides journaling, education, analytics, and self-review tools for traders. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and for the accuracy of information they enter into the app.
No Financial Advice
JournalOne does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, option, cryptocurrency, currency, futures contract, or other financial instrument.
No Brokerage or Execution
JournalOne is not a broker, exchange, trading platform, investment adviser, or financial planner. JournalOne does not execute trades or hold user funds.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play purchases. Purchase terms, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by the applicable app store.
User Responsibility
Trading involves risk. Users are solely responsible for their decisions, records, exports, backups, and use of JournalOne.
