JournalOne is a self-directed trading journal, education, review, analytics, and discipline tool.
JournalOne does not provide brokerage, execution, portfolio management, investment advisory, financial planning, legal, tax, accounting, or professional services.
You are responsible for your own trades, risk decisions, position sizing, journal entries, imports, exports, backups, restores, and data-management actions.
You agree not to treat any score, report, metric, alert, insight, reminder, drill, lesson, or coaching message as an instruction to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or size any trade.
You must use your own judgment and confirm all journal data before relying on it. The app may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete data, or results affected by user input.
Premium provides the features listed on the subscription page, including Insight, qualifying Apex Fingerprints, guided reviews, paid lessons and drills, CSV import, backup, and backup restore. Basic account sync, trade logging, and CSV export remain free. Saved reviews remain readable. Analytics require sufficient recorded data; subscribing does not guarantee a pattern or a profitable result.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple or Google Play account after purchase confirmation and renew automatically unless canceled through the store subscription settings. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, and any eligible offer. An annual plan is billed annually, even when a monthly equivalent is displayed. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store used for purchase; deleting JournalOne or your JournalOne account does not cancel it. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies and applicable law. Restore purchases using the store account that made the purchase and your linked JournalOne account.
After Premium expires, paid features become unavailable. You can still read locally saved trades and reviews and export your trades. Keep copies of important records before changing devices, removing the app, or deleting your account. Contact support@journalone.app for support. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
JournalOne may be updated, changed, limited, or discontinued over time. Keep independent records and backups when data matters to you.
