Privacy policy

This policy covers the 1804 Collective company website and affiliate program. Participating apps have their own privacy policies for their app features and data.

Information we use

We use your email and authentication details to provide account access and recovery. Partner records include your name, invitation, referral code, U.S. recipient confirmation, selected payout method, attributed purchases, commissions, payout requests, payment fees, and payment references. We also retain administrative actions needed to manage the program.

Referral attribution uses the selected app’s account identifier and verified subscription events, including purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Partner dashboards do not reveal referred customers’ names, email addresses, journals, budgets, or payment-card numbers.

Why we use it

We use these records to confirm invitation eligibility, attach referral codes, calculate commissions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, process payout requests, respond to support questions, and maintain accounting records.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and program data storage. RevenueCat supplies subscription events for participating apps. Resend delivers account emails. Hosting providers serve the website and may process technical request information for delivery and security. Payment providers receive the details needed for the payout method you choose; bank details are not entered in the partner dashboard.

Browser storage and security

The account pages store your sign-in session in browser storage. Invitation tokens may be kept temporarily in session storage while you complete registration. Sign out on shared devices. Only authorized administrators can manage invitations, partners, and payouts.

Retention and requests

We retain records needed to operate accounts, resolve attribution or refund questions, and meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or closure of your affiliate account by emailing admin@1804collective.com. We may need to verify ownership, and some transaction records may need to be retained after closure.
