Website & affiliate terms

These terms describe the 1804 Collective website and invitation-only affiliate program. Participating apps’ subscriptions and features are governed by their own terms and the purchasing store’s rules.

Participation

The program is invitation only and available to U.S. payout recipients. Use the email associated with your invitation, provide accurate profile information, and protect your sign-in details. Referral codes must be activated before use.

Referral credit

A customer must save one partner code before their first paid subscription purchase. The code cannot be switched afterward. Free signups and self-referrals do not earn commissions. Customers receive the offer displayed on the app’s Premium page; a referral code does not add a further discount.

Commission

Partners earn 30% of verified net proceeds after store fees, taxes, and refunds. A yearly subscription earns a one-time commission on its qualifying purchase. A monthly subscription earns commission on qualifying payments during the customer’s first 12 months. Changing plans keeps the original commission rules and does not restart the earning period.

Settlement and payouts

Settlement can take up to 45 days. Earnings become available as soon as net proceeds are verified. Request a payout when at least $5 is available. Supported methods are PayPal, check, direct deposit, and Zelle. Payouts are reviewed and sent on request; payment-method fees are deducted. Secure payment details and processing times are arranged before your first payout.

Refunds reduce the related commission, and cancellations stop future unpaid earnings. A dashboard estimate or pending amount is not a completed payment. Contact us if a settlement or payout needs review.

Responsible promotion

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission alongside your recommendation. Describe the apps and their offers accurately. Do not promise earnings or financial results, impersonate 1804 Collective, or submit fraudulent referrals. See the FTC’s disclosure guidance.

Questions and account closure

Contact admin@1804collective.com for program questions, disputed records, or account closure. Account closure does not cancel a subscription in a participating app.
